Wander into a world of golden harvests, Gilded-Age mansions, and Gilmore-Girls-worthy towns on this Hudson Valley tour. You’ll be taken on a farm-to-table foodie adventure with Chef Kevin Fonzo as your journey host, cooking at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park (Chef Kevin’s alma mater), picking fresh apples in Red Hook, exploring opulent historical estates in Dutchess County, and sipping some of New York’s best wines among rust-hued fall foliage. Stay in a Parisian-style boutique hotel in Rhinebeck, and follow the scent of fall foliage, Farmhouse Cabernet, creamy camembert, and bourbon after browsing bookstores and stashing artisanal jam in your tote. It’s cozy, quiet luxury with a delicious, farm-fresh twist.
